Refund policy

Australian Organic Skincare will happily exchange goods in perfect, unopened condition within 14 days
of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. This Excludes ALL Sale Items.

Proof of purchase is required.

NOTE: Australian Organic Skincare does not offer refunds (unless goods are faulty).

To complete your return, we require you to contact us to pre-arrange authorisation. Please email us at austorgskin@gmail.com regarding your request, and we will give you instructions. Our office hours are: Monday - Thursday 9 - 5pm and Friday 9 - 3pm.

Shipping for returns will be at your own expense, and you will also be charged a re-delivery fee for the new items being returned back to you of $11.95 Australia-Wide ( Australia Post calculated fees for International locations).

We cannot send your exchange products until we have received the original purchase back in perfect condition.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
